Every single puppies tend to defacate anywhere they like, it's part of training for both the owner and puppy. I taught mine to go to the toilet on the newspaper, but then we moved to outdoor training. After that it'll never go on the newspaper, which meant toilet break outdoors even when raining :Smilies19
