我家狗狗发情问题，请懂的人看看正常吗！

我家狗狗上次配的时候时间没有配好，没有配上，好像是假孕。预产期是这个月初，到现在才过了不到20天怎么又发情了，这样正常吗？还有如果配的话要注意点什么！需要消炎吗
